This programme is based on successful actions and protocols I have used with my private one to one clients. I have designed this with a combined individualised/group approach so I can help more people at once at a lower cost yet offer an individualised structure in there so you get a more personalised plan and have a chance to answer ask me questions.
All sessions will be recorded live and will be sent on to you afterwards if you are unable to attend.
Whilst everyone is different, the programme is evidence based with actions that are proven to heal.
If for any reason you don’t find the programme of benefit while you are on it, I am happy to redirect programme fees towards 1 to 1 services so you can meet your health goals.

Why I created this Programme ?
Hi, I’m Tara, certified Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath who helps people on their journey to improved health and well being. With a commitment to holistic wellness, I empower my clients to make informed dietary choices that nurture their bodies and resolve their health challenges. I too have learned to overcome my gut issues in the midst of a high pressure corporate career. I understand the challenges you face and the importance of feeling your best everyday.
The Gut Health Framework has been created from my work offline with so many of my 1:1 clients who no longer struggle with persistent digestive symptoms. By helping them understand and nourish their gut health they have gained valuable knowledge about nutrition that helps them to heal their relationship with food.
The gut won’t get better on its own but but by allowing it to heal and rebalance, you can move from a place of endless discomfort to feeling a renewed sense of energy and vitality. My programme is designed to do just that providing a framework of actions to take to get there and they work !
