We start with a complete case history and may use functional or nutrigenomic testing to gain a greater understanding of your condition. I do not diagnose. By making mindful decisions about what you eat and understanding the benefits of eating healing foods and exercise, I will work in partnership with you to establish a personalised and safe nutritional plan that will work for you.

What is Naturopathy?

Its origins date back to 400BC and its principles were first used by Hippocrates in his School of Medicine. His approach focused on identifying the underlying cause of disease and treating the person as a whole not just the symptom. This original school of thought underpins my nutritional protocols.
