For me working with Tara was a huge eye opener, I had been struggling along with uncomfortable feeling after food and thinking I had been eating the right foods, for my lifestyle. After the first 4 weeks I cannot believe the difference and how I'm feeling, I'm looking forward to continuing learning more about new foods and my own nutrition needs. I would highly recommend Tara, she is a wealth of knowledge and is so easy to talk to, with no jargon. 100% a great personal investment. Thanks Tara.
Tara is very easy to work with, when I went to Tara about my digestive issues she knew what to do straight away. I took everything on board and got on it and in all honesty I have never felt better in myself. I have previously tried to fix the problem myself but could never get it right. I would highly recommend Tara for any problems you may have.
I would highly recommend working with Tara for anyone who is interested in approaching their health care needs through the nutritional pathway. Since implementing key changes in my diet, adding specific supplements, and addressing my skin care routine, as Tara suggested, I have seen much improvement with my Rosacea and Dermatitis. It takes time and patience but, in my opinion, is the healthier and more everlasting approach to healing.
Having worked with Tara, I can confidently say she lives the life she advocates and helps others achieve. She walks the walk you could say. She will meet you where you are at and with her knowledge of nutrition and living an active and healthy life, she can help guide you to better health, in mind and body. I've realised that nutrition is more than just the food we put in our mouth, and as a naturopathic nutritionist, she gives you a really well rounded approach to health and wellness. I felt listened to when I was with Tara and she pays attention to your needs. There are so many opinions on nutrition and I know that Tara is always learning and very open in exploring what works for each person on an individual level. I have recommended friends and they have had positive experiences, too! If you're not sure where to start with improving your health or changing areas of your diet/lifestyle, I think working alongside someone who has the tools to guide you is so worth it! 🙂
I went to see Tara after being diagnosed with diverticulitis. I had a very restrictive diet and couldn't eat very much. She worked with me to start including good foods overtime. I now know what I can or can't eat and know what to do if I feel unwell. Most of all my energy has returned and not fatigued which was a big problem for me since I can't remember how long.
I am a chronic migraine sufferer, meaning that I can have migraines for up to 15 days of every month. Added to this a lot of brain fog, fatigue and a general feeling of being unwell. I had never used a Nutritionist before so I was willing to try anything when I contacted Tara. After a thorough consultation Tara developed a program of diet and supplements for me to follow for a fixed period of time to alleviate my symptoms. In summary this involved eliminating wheat, sugar and dairy. Contrary to what I imagined it wasn't that difficult and she gave me some tips and recipe examples to follow. I think I noticed a difference in maybe 2 weeks, and what can only be described as a miracle where I was finally migraine-free in the months that followed. It is my responsibility to follow the guidelines Tara has provided for me so I've slipped up at times and the migraines have returned, but she put me on an amazing path of freedom from pain. What we nourish our bodies with determines everything; physical, emotional and spiritual. I think everyone could benefit from a visit to a nutritional therapist every five years or so, pay the grocer not the doctor!
