The aim of this weight management programme is to work collaboratively with you to establish a lifelong approach to weight management & healthy living. It is a specific approach designed personally for your body, backed up by the science of how your body functions. By going through this programme you will get more clarity of what healthy eating really means for you and help you sort out the confusing information on nutrition that is out there. This is a holistic approach which takes in all aspects for your health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Relaxation.
During the 12 weeks, we will put together a plan to suit your food likes and dislikes and your lifestyle. A brief outline of the plan looks like this:
- Intake forms and food diary completion, sent via email and returned to clinic.
- Initial consultation in clinic.
- Feedback on how dietary and lifestyle habits maybe contributing to your symptoms.
- Bespoke nutrition and lifestyle protocol designed specifically for your needs. This may include supplements.
Once you have received your nutrition and lifestyle protocol, we will meet every two weeks (one to one or online) to review progress, see what worked and what didn’t and adapt with new suggestions.
Other specific topics covered in this programme will include : mood foods, shopping wisely, the science behind exercise and calories, understanding weight loss, mindful eating, how to overcome cravings.
At the end of this programme you will have received all the nutrition information required for you to adapt the best weight management strategy that will work for you on a long term basis.
Cost: €395 to include initial consultation in clinic plus 5 x 50minute one to one or online consultations.
