Honey and Nut Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups jumbo oats
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup  maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp good quality vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup coconut chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Lay on baking sheet in oven and cook at 180 degrees for 25 mins turning every 5 minutes or so till golden brown.
